Privacy Policy
Last Updated: March 13, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how 1w Daily Desk developed by pscudtech ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application ("the App") and our website. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Automatically Collected Information
When you use the App, the following information is collected automatically:
- Anonymous identifier: A unique, randomly generated identifier is created on first launch and stored on your device. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, or any other personal information.
- Device language and region: The App detects your device's language and region setting to provide content in the appropriate language.
- Google Advertising ID: The App collects your device's advertising identifier for attribution purposes — to understand how users discover the App (for example, through an advertisement or an organic search).
- Attribution data: The App collects information about the source of your installation, such as the advertising campaign or referral that led you to download the App.
2.2 Built-in Browser
The App includes a built-in browser used to display the Privacy Policy and the Support page directly within the App. The built-in browser does not collect any additional data beyond what is described in the Automatically Collected Information section above. The built-in browser supports cookies (including third-party cookies) and local storage as part of standard browser functionality. Any websites loaded in the built-in browser operate under their own privacy practices.
2.3 Local Data Storage
The App stores your data locally on your device, including:
- User preferences and settings (such as reminder and sound preferences)
- Exercise progress and session history
- Custom workout routines
- Breathing exercise settings
This data is not transmitted to our servers. You can clear this data at any time by clearing the App's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.
2.4 Support and Bug Reports
The App's Support page allows you to send us a message or report a bug. When you submit a support request, you may provide:
- Your name and email address
- A description of your question or the issue you encountered
- An optional file attachment — you can take a photo or video using your device's camera, or choose an existing file (such as a screenshot, image, or document) through your device's file picker
This information is submitted only when you choose to send a support request. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and resolve the reported issue. The App itself does not access your camera directly — photo and video capture is handled entirely by your device's built-in camera app.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the App's core functionality
- Display content in your preferred language
- Understand how users discover and install the App
- Measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
- Respond to your support requests
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information.
The App uses AppsFlyer for mobile attribution and marketing analytics. The following data is shared with AppsFlyer:
- Your anonymous identifier
- Google Advertising ID
- Attribution data (installation source, campaign name)
AppsFlyer also collects additional device information (such as IP address, device model, and operating system version) as part of its standard operation. For more details, see the AppsFlyer Privacy Policy.
Data you submit through the support form is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
Some network connections within the App may use unencrypted HTTP. While we use HTTPS for sensitive communications, certain connections may not be encrypted.
5. Data Retention
- Anonymous identifier: Persists on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App.
- Google Advertising ID: Managed by Google Play Services. You can reset it at any time in your device settings.
- Attribution data: Managed by AppsFlyer and tied to your app installation.
- Local app data: Stored on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App.
- Cookies and local storage: Follow standard browser expiration rules and persist until cleared by the website or when you clear the App's data.
- Support requests: Retained as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information collected through the App. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You have control over your data:
- You can clear all locally stored data (preferences, progress, anonymous identifier) by clearing the App's data in your device settings
- You can reset your Google Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads)
- You can clear cookies and local storage by clearing the App's data
- You can uninstall the App to remove all associated data from your device
- You may request deletion of any support request data by contacting us
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
